Results/Info Window (the window on the right)
The right hand window for each child serves several purposes.
1) Point Entry
2) Recent Results
3) Info
4) Allowance History
Point Entry
If you link Responsibilities to Allowances, then at the end of each week, the window will switch to the POINT ENTRY tab.
Here's where you enter the total points for your child for the week. Just plug in the one number and the system does the rest.
It calculates the percent achieved, then calculates your child's allowance based on the budget. It deposits the appropriate amounts into each bank account.
Recent Results
After you enter the points, or if you log in on a day when points aren't due, the RECENT RESULTS window will show. This will show you how your child has done for the past 3 weeks.
INFO
The Info window provides useful information. This information changes depending on what you're doing.
Allowance History
Click on the ALLOWANCE HiSTORY icon and ......
.....a page like this will open. here's where you can:
• look at a longer history
• correct an entry.
Correcting a Point Entry
If you'd like to correct a Point entry, delete the week that was incorrect. That week, as well as all subsequent weeks, will be deleted.
You will then be redirected to the Point Entry page, ready to input a new number.
