I input a wrong number in the point entry box. How do I correct it?

Open the Allowance History screen

Go to your child's Right Hand Window and click on the icon ALLOWANCE HISTORY.

Delete the incorrect entry

Click the red X to delete the wrong entry.

Please note: if you're going back in time more than one week, all entries after that date will also be deleted.

What happens next?

After deletion, you will be redirected to the home page so you can re-enter the points.
